Jordan's math blog

                                                     Jordan Cabrera

    • My name is Jordan Cabrera. I am a freshman at Loveland High School. I participated in Loveland High's golf, baseball, and basketball teams. My favorite sport is basketball and my favorite sports team is the Denver Nuggets. I work hard in school and achieve good grades. I work hard toward my goals so i can be successful in the future.

    • This program has taught me a variety of lessons. These lessons relate to both geometry and construction. I learned how to build trusses, make walls, and many other components of constructing a house. These lessons will help me in the future because I want to be an engineer and all these experiences with building will help me reach that goal. Also, I am looking toward entering medical school and becoming a doctor, and that requires math skills. In this program, I have learned a lot about math and my knowledge in this subject has grown exponentially.

    • Dear Robert and Carrie,

I had a blast building with you guys this year. Carrie, you're very kind and you helped me a lot this year, especially with painting. Robert, you are also very kind and funny and I enjoyed building with you a lot. It was fun working with both of you and getting to meet you guys. You are really kind people and I feel honored that I was able to meet you. I also feel honored that I am able to help build this house for you two. I can't wait to see the house when it is brought to the property and all finished up, and I bet you guys can't wait either. I probably won't see you two very often anymore in the future and I just want to say thank you for building with us and helping us enjoy this experience. I hope you enjoy your new house. Again, I would like to thank the both of you and I hope your new house is very enjoyable. Good luck in your future.

                                                                                    Sincerely,
                                                                                                         Jordan Cabrera
